Lifestyle change is not easy.

Dr. Obetz offers numerous options for weight loss. There are three main options:

  • ITG - It's the greatest diet. This is a ketogenic diet program utilizing a high protein, low fat, and low carb/sugar diet. It's very convenient and easy to follow, with prepackaged and prepared foods along with clean protein and vegetables. The length of program is dependent upon the weight loss amount desired.

  • Purification Program lasting 21 days. Lifestyle change program. A whole food program that includes taking supplements and drinking shakes. Making meals and foods makes this program less convenient but is completely whole food and clean.

  • Exercise and or Supplements. Individually designed programs based upon patients needs and abilities.
